Jembar Ganda Ermaya is a seasoned finance and operations professional with over 30 years of experience in the heavy equipment and vehicle financing industry. Currently serving as Director of Operations at LiuGong Finance Indonesia, he oversees the company’s operational management, business strategy, and organizational performance. With a strong background in strategic management, marketing, and finance, Jembar has held key leadership roles, including Director at PT Komatsu Astra Finance, where he led marketing, quality assurance, and legal business divisions, and as Head of the Heavy Equipment Committee at the Indonesia Financial Services Association (APPI). A graduate of Bogor Agricultural University with a degree in Agribusiness, Jembar has also completed certifications and training in financing, leadership, and business analysis. His expertise lies in driving operational efficiency, strategic growth, and team development.

Ade Syahputra Sidiqi, S.H., C.P.C.L.E. is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Director of Risk & Compliance at LiuGong Finance Indonesia, he oversees the company’s risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Ade has a strong track record in managing legal and compliance functions, including drafting and reviewing agreements, handling litigation, and implementing anti-money laundering (AML) and corporate governance (GCG) policies. Previously, he held key roles in several foreign and local finance companies in charge of legal and compliance for around 15 years in financing institution, where he successfully navigated complex regulatory environments and provided strategic legal advice. A graduate of Trisakti University with a Cum Laude degree in Law, Ade is also certified advocate from Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) and has expert certification from Indonesian Financing Profession Certification Institute (LSPPI). His expertise in risk management, compliance, and legal strategy makes him a valuable asset in driving organizational integrity and growth.

Irawan Susatya is a highly experienced finance and operations professional with over 25 years of expertise in the financial services industry, specializing in sales, collections, and operational management. Currently serving as Director of AML CFT MFPMDW at LiuGong Finance Indonesia, he is responsible for ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations, as well as managing the company’s financial crime prevention and monitoring frameworks. With a strong background in regional and branch management, Irawan has a proven track record of driving sales performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business targets. Previously, he held key roles such as Operational Director at PT Sinar Mas Multifinance, where he oversaw business processes, database productivity, and asset management. A graduate of STIE YKPN Yogyakarta with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Irawan brings a wealth of knowledge in financial operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic leadership to LiuGong Finance Indonesia.

Angel Liu ( Bacc, ACCA) is highly experience in finance and accounting field for over 10 years. Currently serving as Director of Finance at LiuGong Finance Indonesia. She completed her education in the Master of Finance Investment Program at University of Edinburgh and Bachelor of Accounting at University of Dundee. Start her carrier in PricewaterhouseCoopers and later being as a senior accountant at CITIC Group ( HK listed 0267 ) , then she has responsibility as finance lease accounting manager at CSSC (Hongkong) Shipping Company Ltd (HK listed 3877), continue as Finance Director at Boxin Biotech Group since 2020, the last position as Finance Director at PT Tianxing Cloud (Indonesia) Ltd (Top Unicorn company) since 2022 until 2024.
